We have used the Events module with Calendar displaying Months. The date displays in US (mm/dd/yyy) even though we have set timezone to local GMT and set the globalization in web.config from en-US to en-GB. Can you please tell me why the date format remains unchanged and how we can change it.

Many Thanks

In DNN 4, go to Host :: Languages and add "English (Great-Britain)"

Next go to Languages in Admin menu and disable "English (United States)".

make sure, portal default and user profile preferred language is set to English (GB)

Thank you for your reply. That would work except that when I try to add English-United Kingdom it throws up an error saying 'check user permissions' but I am logged in as Host which should give me access to everything. What am I doing wrong?
