Hello,

I'm working on a dual-language portal with apollo's ML-modules and I'm wondering: What would be the best way to make my menu likewise multi-lingual?

cheers

use either Apollo PageLocalization or Ealo (ealo.codeplex.com)

In addition to Apollo's pagelocalization I would recommend using the Snapsis CSS NavMenu (http://www.snapsis.com/tabid/589/ProductID/13/List/1/DotNetNuke-CSS-SEO-Menu.aspx) It works with PageLocalization and is very flexible.
