I'm running  05.01.02 (51) and have the default language pack and a Spanish language pack loaded.  I was struggling to set the portal language to Spanish and I think I desactivated the US pack.  now on this portal, when I try to access the admin/languages module - it's raising an error.

I'm happy to mod the database if someone can point me in the right direction.
