I have two pages, events.aspx and eventos.aspx.  Both will have the same events module, just that I want one to show always in Spanish and the other always in English.

How can I do this?

In this case, I recommand you to use DSLocalizator which will allow you to mask page for desired languages.

In order to manage translation for modules, you could use ModuleWorkflow too.
