I was wondering someone could help me with the following problem.

I have a module called 'ViewCheckout", with 3 local resource files 'ViewCheckout.ascx.resx', 'ViewCheckout.ascx-nl-BE.resx' and 'ViewCheckout.ascx-fr-BE.resx'. Now, when I use the language editor to update 1 translation in the host resource file for the nl-BE language and press the update button, the editor creates a host resource file for nl-BE 'ViewCheckout.ascx.nl-BE.Host.resx', but when I look inside this file, it contains the updated translation, but for the other translations which I didn't update, he copied the translations from the english, default file?! The editor itselfs shows the default values from the nl_BE system file, but saves the translation from the default translation file.

When browsing the module, the website suddenly shows english translations in the nl-BE language.

Problem doesn't occur when I change a single translation on the detail page with the html editor. Then he only saves the edited translation.

So, when I uses the editor to edit only 1 translation in 1 language, he suddenly resets all other translation to the default language.

Is there a way to solve this issue?

there had been a couple of issue with earlier DNN5 version of the language editor, I suggest upgrading to 5.2.3 or 5.4.2

Indeed, when using DotNetNuke version 5.2.3, the problem doesn't occur anymore. Thanks!
