Hi, KISHOR.

Open your web.config file.

If you found the line as follows.
includePageName="true"

Change "true" to "false" as follows.

Kishor - you can also look at the Url Master module to help you with multi-language Urls.  With the Url Master module, you can replace the Url generated by default with any custom Url you choose.  This can either be an ascii equivalent of the japanese name, or, if your target browsers will support it, a unicode Url value that will display OK.

You don't mention if your site is english/japanese, but if it is, you can also use the module to serve up the english content with a .com style domain, while serving up the japanese content with a .jp domain name.
