Hi. I have a webpage with two languages(norwegian and english) but I can't change the default language to norwegian. Whenever I go on the site with language cookie deleted, and no language-string in the url, the language is always english.

Even though I have set the default language to norwegian. I  have checked in the database and the DefaultLanguage is set to nb-NO in the Portals-table. Is there other settings I have to change? I have also tried to delete the cache

which DNN version are you using? Did you enable Browser language detection in Admin :: Languages :: Language Settings? If you are logged in, default is derived from your user profile.

Dnn version is 05.01.04 (3)

It does not matter if I'm logged in with a user with preffered norwegian language or not logged in

Browser language detection is enabled.

I also tried to disable english, and the site showed norwegian language correctly. But when I enabled it started using english as default language again
