In DNN ML you can change the page name in the page settings after you have switch the language you are working for. Every language has its own page so you can give them a name on a per-language basis.

Doesn't this mean that you then have to add modules to these pages? They are not clones of the orginal page, they are not aliases that point to the same page with just a different name. They are actually completely new tabs, as far as I can tell. So, you have to reinstall your entire site again module by module.

And if you are already using ML modules which contain content in multiple languages, then this does not help you at all, since you cannot install existing modules from an existing page that is not part of the same language as the target page.

it depends, which solution you are using for page localization. You may enable very new "Content Localization" feature, which doesn't work for multilingual modules atm. Established solutions are PageLocalization by Apollo-software.nl, EALO (ealo.codeplex.com) or DSLocalizatior (dnn.tiendaboliviana.com) and will need to modify the skin of your site.
