Chad, language packs are not depending on the ML solution used, this is a feature built into DNN since version 3.0. You may check the langugage directory on this site as well as various user groups providing LPs in their language.

Chad, As Sebastian stated, you really don't need to install any additional language packs unless you want the admin modules to show in the currently selected language. Usually that is not needed. Entering translations for content is usually done by the same person (in most cases I have been associated with) so they want the admin text / images to stay in their language, not the language of the content they are entering.
