I just installed DNN 6 and my project requires localization. I tried DNN's built in localization, however that doesn't seem to apply to dynamic content, and several people had suggested Ealo. The Ealo install was going OK until I got the last step, which says this:

5. Change the value of the Attribute ProviderName of the <dnn:NAV ... /> tag in your skin to EfforityMenuNavigationProvider
old tag
                        <dnn:NAV runat="server" ID="dnnNAV" ProviderName="DNNMenuNavigationProvider" ... />
new tag
                        <dnn:NAV runat="server" ID="dnnNAV" ProviderName="EfforityMenuNavigationProvider" ... />

Looking through the Dark Knight skins, I don't happen to see a dnn:NAV tag anywhere? I did see a NAV reference that points back to the Admin folder, however I don't see a NAV tag there either.

Does anyone know where to put this NAV provider reference for DNN?

In DNN 4 and 5, NAV used to be default menu provider, being able to support multiple different menus or menu improvements like EALO. In DNN 6, default skin uses mega menu by DnnGarden (see line "< dnn:MENU MenuStyle="DNNMega" ..."), you need to replace this line.
I am not sure whether Apollo PAgeLocalization (pagelocalization.codeplex.com) properly supports mega menus.
