I have DNN instance which has been upgraded from 4.9.5 to 6.0.1
Has multiple portals.
One of the child portals has Content Localization enabled.
Languages are en-US (default) and fr-CA (en-US is fallback)
The following scenario is only happens with Admin user i created for child portal.
He logs in... Tries to browse Admin page using Dark Knight's skin top right button.
