Successfully created a language package of type "Core" for my selected language: fa-IR named as " ResourcePack.Core.6.0.0.fa-IR.zip ". Within the file there's been created a file " Core ?????? (??????).dnn " which produces some errors in unzipping the file and also in Installing the language pack. Incorrect naming of the file will be done even by using English-Name in place of Native-Name.

Installing the package failed with error message: Illegal characters in path.
Unzipping the zip package file failed with error message: ...\Language\ResourcePack.Core.6.0.0.fa-IR.zip: Cannot create Core ????? (?????).dnn -   The filename, directory name, or volume label syntax is incorrect.

To resolve the issue, the .dnn  file within the zip package must be named by its English-Name not Native-Name.
