When trying to enable the search function in my two-language-website (see this topic), I've pushed the button 'ready for installation' in the settings of the search results-page.
Guess that wasn't the right thing to do as it didn't fix my search-function, and in addition a module that was al ready translated and fixed for all pages in my site now was copied so that all my second-language-pages had two versions of this module now. The first language as well as the second language-version.
How can I undo this?!

When I go to the page localization section of the setting of a webpage I see this module being 'not detached' where as all other modules are. However, detaching does not work, gives me an error-message.

Many, many, many thanks in advance!

There have been some minor fixes for Content Localization in DNN6, you may consider upgrading to 6.0.2 and retry.

Is there a list available where I can see which fixes have been made regarding Content Localization? As you may have noticed, I've experienced quite a few problems with some of my websites.

Sebastian, I'm afraid to say that, this issue still exist in DotNetNuke 6.1.1. I had an old DotNetNuke install with tons of pages. It was something about 4.9.5. I have carefully upgraded to DotNetNuke 6.0.1 first, saw the issue mentioned by Joost.

Then tried 6.0.2 and 6.1.1 with no luck.

I have two modules (show module at all pages is checked). And when i create a new page at DotNetNuke 6.1.1 i am receiving around 6 duplicate modules for each module. This simple unacceptable bug for us, international users.

Do you remember that i have brought this issue during our team meeting a few weeks ago...

If you know any workaround, can you share it with us... I have feeling that, unchecking show module at all pages, will not help us. Also, one of the modules is a custom menu module and must be located at on the top of page all the time.

I have moved to new town, and weren't able to join last one or two team meetings, but i will not miss another one as soon as i can sort out things here.

Our main goal is to maintain French (CA) and English (US) dotnetnuke installations with my employer. Actually he is a friend to me like you guys. And i can not work on Turkish localizations while those bugs are taking my time to manually delete about 10 modules each time a page is created. And in a heavy environment this bug is a really critical one.

I'm checking tracker to see records about this (if exists) if not will log it.

Note: I haven't checked fresh installations and used upgrade. But while upgrading i used install packages to apply latest module releases to date and skins/containers to date...

Ismet, I would be very careful using content localization on an upgrades website. Another option would be using either a portal per language or one of the available true multilingual content solution from current and previous core team members.
