Hello, I'm a new user and I write from Italy. I have created  a web site with DNN. My site is in Italian and also in English language, and the italian is setting as default language. However, google read my home page as an English page but i want that is indexed in Italian. What I can do to resolve this problem?

Thank you all for support
PS. Please apologize me for my bad English

if you provide a link to the other language and include language in URL, Google should be able to index both languages.

Hello, meanwhile, thanks for the answer. I already have a links with the other language, like home/it-it and home /en-us /, but what I want is that the url mysite.com is only in the defaul language, because google attaches greater importance to the home page than the other pages.

You can change priorities in Sitemap Management page under Admin page. For instance if you set higher priority to About.aspx then Home.aspx then importance will be handled by sitemap correctly. However, i know at least one bug is around with sitemap in multilang environments.
