I have a website that's all ready in Dutch and English.
I now want to add a new HTML-module to an existing webpage, in both languages.
When I add a new module to the webpage in the default culture, the new module is set to be neutral. Same when I add a module to the second language.

I've got three questions regarding this:
1) Is this normal behaviour?
2) If it's not, how can I get a new module to have the culture of the webpage it is added to?
3) If it is, does this have any consequences? I now have to add the module to both pages separately, which is not a big deal. But if I continue doing so I will end up with a website full of pages with neutral and not-neutral modules. Does this have any disadvantages? (f.i. regarding search results)

did you follow the workflow in page management ("ready for translation")?
I know, this is quite irritating.

Yes I (think I) did.

Existing modules are in Dutch and English, no problems there. But when I add a new module to a page that's all ready been translated, it's neutral. I can't change this in the module settings, nor page settings.
