I just noticed that www.dotnetnuke.com now offers 3 other languages.  That is a step in the right direction but the implementation leaves a lot to be desired.

Clicking on a language flag shouldn't just take you back to the  home page of the new language.  It rally should leave you where you are on the site. Not a very good experience.

Just my 2 cents.

at present the language's link to different portals - not portal aliases of the main portal. This is deliberate as the intent was to create "mini-sites" to help non-english users (particularly as we now have Corp supported translations (see http://www.dotnetnuke.com/Resources/Blogs/EntryId/3295/Leverage-the-Power-of-DotNetNuke-in-your-Primary-Language.aspx)

I asumed you didnt dare to use one of the key benefits....

Localized – DotNetNuke includes a multi-language localization management feature that allows administrators to easily translate and manage their sites in any language. An international group of web hosters and developers working within the DotNetNuke ecosystem means native support is always close at hand.
