Hi all

DNN 6.1.4, clean install, pt-BR language pack installed, en-US desabled, all translate working fine in pages, menus, etc. But, I have two problems:

1) Page name "Dúvidas" (FAQs), show correctly in menu and breadcrumb, but in browser url field show "D%C3%BAvidas.aspx" instead of "Dúvidas.aspx". I have to turn off the friendly url config.

2) The javascript function incorrectly displays the accents. "Você tem certeza de que quer excluir este módulo?" show like "Você tem certeza de que quer excluir este m³dulo?" - question sure to delete the module. SharedResource verified, accent ok.

Can anyone help me?

Thanks for advance

Marcio, 1) many browsers do not accept special characters in URLs, therefore these need to be encoded. 2) which Javascript function are you talking about - this might be module specific.

Hi Sebastian

1) my sugestion to gemini: create field 'file name'. Ex:
file name = 'maioresduvidas.aspx' (no caps, no accents, no spaces... DNN use in browser url field)
page name = 'Maiores Dúvidas' (caps, accents, spaces... DNN use in menu, breadcrumb, pages management...)

2) The DNN Forum 'eat' the function name. =]

Any alert/msgbox javascript function show incorrectly accents when deleting modules.

Ex: try delete any module, DNN show alert box with yes/no buttons and question like "Você tem certeza de que quer excluir este m³dulo?".
But, try delete any USER/PAGE and alertbox show correctly accents, like "Você tem certeza de que quer excluir este usuário?".

Hugs
