Dear Sir,

Can you please tell me that how can i translate every word of english in arabic using ur default arabic language pack. It isnt creating all the translations and creating a problem for me .Kindly tell me any solution regarding this problem ,and also guide me about making individual arabic pages for arabic clients.

please be aware that language packs are used to translate captions of buttons, table heads, help texts and commands but not for translating content. For providing content in multiple languages you'll need either use a 3rd party solution like Apollo PageLocalization, DSLocalizator or EALO with multilingual modules or enable DNN language specific pages aka content localization.
