I create two child portal like www.web.com/english/default.aspx and www.web.com/Arabic/default.aspx.

But when a user logged in one child portal www.web.com/english/default.aspx after that taking the other child portal www.web.com/Arabic/default.aspx then in www.web.com/Arabic/default.aspx no user logged in, that is correct. But after that taking www.web.com/english/default.aspx its also showing no user signed in.I need to keep these two child portals user session as different. How to do that.

That is at the same time  in two tabs i need to login one user in  www.web.com/english/default.aspx and another user in www.web.com/Arabic/default.aspx.

How to do that, i need these two child portals as two different sites and user session also.

cookies are shared per domain, if you are using separate websites per language you might consider using en.web.com and ar.web.com instead.
