please check skin ascx file, whether a < dnn:language ... > token is included, otherwise you will need to contact the skin deevloper or add it yourself.

 So I will enable a new language.. does it add all the pages of the english site.. or are they the same pages with just different content?  Or do I have to add the pages manually (like setting up a new site).

 I have lots of pages and image content.. I'd like to enable a language and go in an update the html content per page.

 Can I copy a full portal to a new portal and then localize there?
