How do you localize content in a simple HTML module ? I have added a second language, loaded the corresponding packs, see nice URL's on my existing pages decorated with culture. Open the CORE module HTML and you think the culture is taken in account. Your very nice Internationalization feature is simply ignored by a CORE module. What good is this CORE module ?

You even have a well written document on Localization GUIDE on this page http://www.dotnetnuke.com/Community/Teams/Internationalization.aspx. Did you notice that it is written in March 2006. Almost 6 years ago, Almost two Internet revolutions away.

I've tried all the existing free/paying packages : dnnWerk's Nuntio.Content / Live Articles / Ealo / etc. They are very nicely function-handicapped to make you want to buy some plugin package.

Yes all the DOT NET NUKE CORPORATION is good at is sending you lots of nice publicity to entice you to attend this course or buy that cute module , all at very regular intervals. Do a nice localization job is NOT your concern.

THANK YOU VERY MUCH.

This is indeed a challenge for us as well. Is DNN currently working on a content localization interface? A celebration awaits the day you have one!

Since DNN 6.x DNN included a Content localization. It can be enabled in the Host settings.  The Change is a static Change and can not be changed backwards!  Also language packs have to be installed and activated in the Portals.
