Hi. I'm having some troubles when resources are not available in current and fallback languages. Strings are just empty. For example, if I install fr-CH (it's swiss french language), the resources are most of the time missing. To have the back-office in french, I then set the fallback language to fr-FR. But if the resource in fr-FR are missing too (for some third party modules for example), the labels are just empty. Isn't DNN supposed to revert to system language when no resources are available in both current and fallback language?

Unfortunately, DNN 7.2 still fail and doesn't "chain" languages.
