just noticed this major bug on my new DNN 7.2.2  site...  which must be wreaking havoc with my old site redirects...
I have 5 languages set up

for English the Page URL setting works fine:   the page is located at /resources/prayer-resources  but I have the url set to /prayer-resources (to keep it shorter)

and that works as expected, giving  http://www.wycliffe.net/en/prayer-res...

but for the other 4 languages, even though the Page URL setting is the same for each they keep the full path in the url

Spanish example:

http://www.wycliffe.net/es/resources/...

even though the settings are:
