There are changes in the resource format for DNN 4.

Newly created files will get aoutmatically stored in new format, but this results in  errors of the resource verifier, which cannot handle the new format.

To leverage the efforts needed for localization, I would like to suggest using old format for DNN 3 and 4, as long as both versions are maintained.

As far as I can see, Microsoft has extended the resource format for ASP.Net 2.0 (extended header, additional attributes) and new resource files created (or updated) with VS2005 seem to use new format , that is not yet recognized by the DNN resource verifier. I therefore sent to you two backported resource files, that shall be used with DNN 3.2.x and 4.0.x, until the resource verifier is upated.
