Hi ,

          I updated my site from DNN 3.0.13 to DNN 3.2.2 ...

I have used DNN label in my Modules ..After Upgrading all lable control shows text as "RESX:Controlname.text"

<% Register Tagprefix ="dnn" Tabname="Label" src="~/controls/Labelcontrols.ascx"%>

<dnn:Label id="plname" Runat="server"  controlname="txtname" text="Name:" ></dnn:label>

Pls help me on this

But it shows text before upgrade to DNN 3.2.2

it looks like you are not properliy create resx files for localization of your module. please have a look into to localization guide, how to make your module localizable. The shown item "resx:controlname.text" shall help you to find controls with missing resource keys. It shows up, when the value for option "ShowMissingKeys" in your web.config is set to "true".
