Nicolo,

  • currently, there is no content localization mechanism provided by DotNetNuke framework - but there are 3rd party solutions available, look around in this forums.
  • the language selector provides all languages, installed and set active in your portal.
  • maybe you can add a language by simply adding the code to /App_GlobalResources/locales.xml and specifying de-CH as fallback language (I have not tried this yet)

Is the greenlandic language included in .NET Framework 3.5?

It is included in Vista and thereby maybe in Server2008 as KL-GL.
