Have a look at http://www.apollo-software.nl - he has some ML modules that allow your content to be switched depending upon the language.

you have to add new language to your portal and use 3rd prty control to make the portal localized

azmat, you have also the DSLocalizator of Locopon (for free).

I do not know which one to choose for the moment, I have the 'same problem' that you, and still searching which one best fits my needs.

For starters: DNN does not (yet) support content localization, so if you want to have a site that offers localized content, you have to use third party modules. AFAIK Locopon and I are the only vendors of modules that offer localization of page names titles etc. We also offer modules that allow you to localize content, and there are some other modules around that offer the same.

Don't let yourself be misled by the fact that there are numerous languages available for dnn, and that dnn even offers a language selector as default. The only thing that gets localized is the interface, and the culture of the page. It is that (the culture of the page), that can be used by content localization modules, what they all do is attach content to a culture, and save it to the db or xml or whatever. WHen a visitor visits the page/site, it will see the content as entered by the admin for that language.
