I'm not sure if i'm missing something, and maybe i looked  in the wrong places, but... is it possible to use the help module throughout a whole website?

Can I create  a help module and reference it on multiple pages...

example site.

Home
-->Page 1
--> Page 2
Help

So I guess if i create a master help module on the help page, can I display the Page 1 help (from the master help module) on Page 1 and the same for page 2?

I have developed  a web application with many modules and pages and would like to take advantage of the Help Module.  But the little bit of time i've worked with it, i haven't been able to link help modules on different tabs.

Any help would be appreciated.

Gregg

You cant select parts of the help content to show in different modules if thats what you mean.  We are looking into being able to selectively export content.

You can certainly have multiple modules or use the same module on multiple pages but you cant selectively show content from a master version.

Wouldn't the easy hack be to allow people to specify initial content? That way one could display help next to items where the help is set to display relevant content.

The Help is context sensitive so if you put module=Announcements the help will open directly on that category.  Try the online help in your own DNN and see what I mean.  All modules have this built in and the Help uses that info to display the correct help.
