I would like to develop custom online help for each custom module, is there anything inside of Dotnetnuke that I can use.  I'm looking be able to put a link next to each module so that the user can bring up help for that module.

All you need to do is set the URL on the module definition for where the help is.  Then you can have whatever Help you want.

Also, I have seen several modules that include the Help text as localized content using the ModuleHelp.Text resourcekey.  This resource is automatically linked to the the help icon in the upper right of standard containers.
