I have a problem.  I was using the AJAX dll from Schwartz (http://www.ajaxpro.info/) and all was working fine.  Then, I was told that we were going to use Active Directory Authentication for DNN.  Now everything is not fine.  The Default.aspx and modules load fine, but when I try to use AJAX on the page and exception is thrown within JavaScript.  Ok, time to find something different.  I then turned to Microsoft’s webservice.htc and once again this works perfect unless Active Directory Authentication is being used.  I would prefer not to use Microsoft AJAX for some of the stuff that I am doing.  I have searched the internet and to no avail, I have not seen this problem with anyone else.  Any suggested are greatly appreciated.

Best regards,

Sean Gahan

If anyone is curious how to get around this issue and is using .NET 2.0, the ClientScriptManager.GetCallbackEventReference Method will work.

Best regards,
