the current AD provider has been developed for DNN 4.6.0 and works in subsequent versions as well. It has been included in DNN 4.6.0+ install packages for pre-installation, i.e. in these cases you do not need to download it, simply install it from host :: auth providers.

What error message are they getting? How are they logging in?

I suggest you read the pinned posts at the top of the AD forum on setting up the AD Provider.

thanks Mike for teh reply.

i did all the steps. just except the one in Windows authentication, where i should enter the user name and pass.

because i don't want that  all user loged to DNN, login to the Database as they are 1 user (the one i entered in Windows Authetication).

when i first logged in , i inserted my username : Domain/username  , and my password,

when DNN opened , i was logged in,

i found that there was a creation of a new user, called : Domain/user name that i had inserted first...Just like i wanted to.

But now other users can't log in , only me the first user that logged in.when they try to log in , the DNN won't open

and take a lot of time.
