I assume this applies without regard of your database but a little research may be necessary.  I am using MS SQL...

In the SQL DB, locate your Users table and display all records.  Find your account and put a 1 in the IsSuperUser column.

This gives you Host rights and may take some getting use to.  Note that the panel of modules and wizards at the top can be folded and that you can choose how you view the page from that panel.  I keep mine folded and select view when I don't need to edit.

thank you William, my problem is solved , i gave my self the authority to log in as a superuser.

thank's alot for ur help ... :)
