Allow admins to login and not see all their editing options so that they view the site like a normal user. When they want to edit on a page they click a button that then allows them to do admin functions such as make changes to modules, edit text, etc.

How can i do this?

What version of DNN are you running? I can't honestly remember which version it came out with but if you look at the top of your screen you should see the control panel. At the top left of the screen you should have a View and Edit radio button (and possibly a Design radio button). If you select View then you see exactly what you'd see as a normal user, click on Edit and you get the edit functions on the modules.
