Silly question first. Did you do the setup for the child portal and admin->Authentication? I'm guessing you did so the next step would be to do the old clear cookies/cache trick and then the next step would be to attempt a manual login on the child portal.

Hi Mike,

Not such a silly question mate, no i had not! Done that, all working now...oops...sorry.. Thanks for that, i only have 2 more questions:

If i delete the user from the users table in the database, it seems to get confused and not log them in anymore, do i need to delete from other tables? not that i'll be doing this from the backend though!, can i fix this somehow?

When will the provider move from it's beta status to live?

Errrr, I hope you remember what UserID number they had as you'll have to find the record(s) in the UserPortals table at minimum and remove them from there also. I'm not sure if there are other tables that they'll need removed from as well.

When the provider goes to Live status.... I have no idea. It depends on how fast the resources that do the testing of my submission pass/fail each component. With it being summer it may take a while.
