Glad you found it Steve. That code is from before I took over the project and I've never had a problem with it. However it could explain why others are having a similar problem to what you're seeing. Could you post your analysis to the public area of the Gemini site (http://support.dotnetnuke.com) so that I can further evaluate it for the next version?

I created account (stvdilln) on support, but don't have a "create issue" button. Do I need to get approval somehow?

You should be able to create on under the public section (second one on the main page ** DNN Core Framework and Modules [ PUBLIC ] ** (DNNP))
