I recently moved a DNN Site 4.5.5 to a new Windows 2008 Platform running IIS7 (Dev).  Here is the problem, first let me say the site works fine with one exception, Secuirty Roles. You can create new roles and groups but when you go into modifying the Group I get a 404 page not found. When I run the same process on the IIS 6 box (prod)I don't get the issue. The dev site is an exact copy of prod minus the prod pointers and so on. Any Ideas would be helpful?

I don't believe DNN 4.5.5 supports IIS 7 but I'd have to look back at old web.configs to verify that (I think support first started showing up with DNN 4.6.2). On your dev site can you try upgrading to the latest version (4.9.0) and seeing if you still have the problem?

BTW, your other post that posted about Security Roles. Was that related to this post and you just hit Submit too soon? It wasn't very specific.

I Tried to upgrade but this was the response.
