Is it possible to setup SQLTable Profile Provider with DNN 4.9 ? If yes where can I find examples?

What I'm trying to accomplish is to have a table in dotnetnuke database which will store all properties for registered user, like CustomeID (Integer) which will be primary key in my customers table (separate database). This way after customer login to my portal I will be able to create a queries based on Profile parameter CustomerID .....

I know I can add parameter to user profile even when using ASPNet Profile Provider but it is storing it in String column which make a pain when you need to use it in join queries.

Thanks,

Adam
