I'm using AD authentication.  I created security roles with the same name as some of our AD groups.  The security roles appear to populate over time (several days?) with the members of the AD groups. 

How can I force a security role to populate on demand instead of waiting for it?  Thanks ...

Mike.  First I want to thank you for all your hard work.  Now, about cookies and AD sync automation.  I expect to be shown the door here for suggesting users be allowed a 45 minute break between role updates.  Let's also consider that my user group thinks a cookie is something you take with milk.  For the same reasons we auto-sync the filesystem I pretty sure we would want the same for the AD sync.  So, why is there not a way to add this event?  We need to have a way to trigger this.  If we can't add an event from the AD provider, perhaps a stored proc exists or can be created to do the work.
