remove AD in your web.config and re-install version 1.0.5.

What has been your previous DNN version?

OK, I downloaded AD Provider 1.0.5 and tried to install it with the "Install New Module" function.  Here's what I got ... sorry to be so dense here ...

Install providers under Host->Host Settings->Authentication Services.

You'll also probably have to comment out your original <add name="Authentication... /> line in the web.config if you haven't already.
