My host has Dnn 4.07 installed.

If we enable Friendly URLS, a problem develops with the Account Login module. WHen someone attempts to register, the following shows up:


Server Error in '/' Application.

The resource cannot be found.
Description: HTTP 404. The resource you are looking for (or one of its
dependencies) could have been removed, had its name changed, or is
temporarily unavailable.  Please review the following URL and make sure that
it is spelled correctly.

Requested URL: /WelcometoLillyValley/tabid/343/ctl/Register/returnurl/
/Default.aspx

THis only happens with the Account LOGIN module. If I use the skin object(register) on the page itself, everything works fine.


However, if we disable Friendly URLS, when I install PIGA-POLLE<sp>? gallery, the mesage that is sent to notify that content is awaiting approval, contains the following rather than the clickable link.

/Default.aspx?tabid=588

 


Anyone with a suggestion?

Are you allowed to upgrade your version of DNN?  That one is pretty old.
