I manage a computer nettwork with Three Domains how can I use ad function to get users from all the domains?

The AD user to get the information is the same in all domains.

I'm not 100% positive (haven't tried it myself), but I believe you can accomplish that by going into the Authentication menu, changing the "Root Domain:" to either blank or a root-level setting, and entering a username that can authenticate to all of the domains.

Maybe but the DNN is not within the domain it is in DMZ and have only contact with a read only Windows 2008 server. It works with one domain but I need to be able to get users from more domains.

I have the same setup for our Intranet site.  My setup works as follows.

All 3 domains have a 2 way trust established between AD forests.
Configure DNN for AD Authentication using the documentation for the version you are running.
I am using 4.05.01 and just left the root domain blank with authentication type as Delegation.
Enter the user account for the domain authentication lookups.
Enter default email address.

One downfall is that when use the autocreate users option, when the users are created, it defaults the email address to the one in the Authentication provider for this particular version of DNN.  Users in each domain have a different email address so they have to be edited by the system administrators if you want the email functionality.  I don't know if this was ever addressed in future versions and have not tested this in versions past 4.05.01.  Just something to be aware of.
