Failed to start monitoring changes to '\\boswinfs02\home\users\web\b2091\ez.nrpalmer2\DesktopModules\AuthenticationServices\DNN\App_LocalResources' because the network BIOS command limit has been reached. For more information on this error, please refer to Microsoft knowledge base article 810886. Hosting on a UNC share is not supported for the Windows XP Platform

 

When i click login link following error has came. Why this?

I've personally never seen that error but I did a quick google search on the error and got a ton of hits. Did you follow the steps outlined in the MS article?
