I've posted a beta copy of the .06 release of the provider on my site.

Fixes in this version are:

ACD-4259 - Active Directory - Toggle Auto Creation of Users
ACD-5585 - Active Directory Authentication - Default Domain Option
ACD-7243 - Active Directory - Unknown UserCreateStatus value encountered Parameter name: UserRegistrationStatus
ACD-9442 - Preferred locale setting when new user is created via AD provider
ACD-9746 - AD - 4.9.3 - crashes when user does not install skins.
ACD-8846 - Authentication Provider: Active Directory redirects the Google Search Appliance

NOTE: This is a beta version. Use in a production environment at your own risk.

Mike, I am unable to get this to install.  It says:

Upload Results

If you have reached this page it is because the installer needs to gather some more information, before proceeding.
Error reading the zip package - see below

StartJob Reading Installation Manifest file
Failure A newer version of this package is already installed - 5.0.1

Did I install it wrong in DNN 5.0.1????

1. 01.00.06 is for DNN 4 only so it will not install on DNN 5 (I don't think and, even if it did install, it won't work).

2. You kind of want the 05.00.02 version that's on my site but it needs DNN 5.1.0 (yes I know it's still in beta but I had to make some major code changes for login)

Also, I'm getting this error at the bottom of the page:

Error: is currently unavailable.
DotNetNuke.Services.Exceptions.ModuleLoadException: Access is denied. ---> System.Runtime.InteropServices.COMException (0x80070005): Access is denied. at System.DirectoryServices.DirectoryEntry.Bind(Boolean throwIfFail) at System.DirectoryServices.DirectoryEntry.Bind() at System.DirectoryServices.DirectoryEntry.get_IsContainer() at System.DirectoryServices.DirectoryEntries.ChildEnumerator..ctor(DirectoryEntry container) at System.DirectoryServices.DirectoryEntries.GetEnumerator() at DotNetNuke.Authentication.ActiveDirectory.Settings.CheckPipelineMode() at DotNetNuke.Authentication.ActiveDirectory.Settings.Page_Load(Object sender, EventArgs e) --- End of inner exception stack trace ---

Any tips would be greatly appreciated.  I'm going to keep poking around, and if I get it working, I'll post what I did here.

Thanks in advance,

Kyle

Look at using impersonation in your web.config.

As for if anyone has got it working...I'm using it on our school's 4.9.4 production site (http://www.bus.nait.ca) and on my test DNN 4.6.2 production site (http://dev.gmss.org)
