Ok, 3.2.2 Windows Auth, working fine. The first time the user gets authenticated, information from AD is pulled in (UserName nad Password). In the event that the user changes the password on AD not DNN what will happen when they attempt to login to the DNN site?

The way the TTT module worked in 3.1.1 , it would authenticate them against the DNN DB. But since the users are accessing resources that are controlled by AD it would be nice to hear that in 3.2.2 the Passwords are synched at login when in fact the user is Authenticated against AD instead of DNN when Windows Authentication is enabled.

If not, then does anyone share this concern and have any solutions?

The password can't be 'pulled' from AD.   The only way an AD password can be saved in DNN is if the user actually enters it (which still shouldn't happen IMO, but I can't recall how TAM initially coded the module..)

Its not possible to retrieve a password from Active Directory without some sort of hacking tool.
