Are you talking about through DNN authentication or one of the other flavors (AD, OpenID, LiveID)?

Hi Mike,

Thanks for replying....

I am not talking about DNN or AD. I want to know can a person login my dnn site with his personal email id like GMAIL, REDIFFMAIL

e.g. User Name : person_name@rediffmail.com OR person_name@gmail.com and respective password.

Okay then that would be DNN authentication (the default login system). I believe it can be done but I'm not sure how. If I have time tomorrow I'll see if I can figure it out or find more information.
