 Here's what I'm using: DNN 5.1, Windows 2003 Server, IIS 6 and AD 5.0.2.

I have Active Directory working how I want.  The user will get automatically logged in and their profile updated with info from AD (name, email, phone etc).  I've set up some custom profile properties through the User Accounts admin page.  I can't seem to get them to display under the Manage Profile link, which just has the standard fields.  I'm wondering if this is because I have users auto login via AD and since the custom fields aren't vaild active directory fields it just refuses to see them.  I can update my custom fields through the database, but still no custom fields show in the manage profile page.

My goal is to have people auto login using Active Directory then they will have the option to click on their user name and be able to update my custom fields like Job Title and Work Location.  This way I can present a useful employee directory.

Let me know if this is the right location for this or if I should post else where.  I believe my issue is with the way I have the Active Directory login set up, but not for sure.

Thanks,

Erika Day

I think you're missing a step somewhere but I'm not near a DNN install that I can mess around with at the moment. I'm pretty sure that it has nothing to do with the AD provider as once the provider has gotten the user logged in it's no different than a normal DNN install.

 Thanks Mike,

I've posted this else where since it sounds like it's NOT an Active Directory issue.
