I couldn't figure out where to post this message, so if someone tells me that, that will be helpful.  A user logged on to the dotnetnuke 4.9.0 site this morning, and there was a General Exception in the EventViewer:

The result was that the user did not have their credentials evaluated properly, and they were denied access to pages that they should have been able to access.
