Hi,

I upgraded my test site from 4.9.4 to 5.1.2 and my OpenID and LiveID log in buttons do not appear.

I checked the download area and there dont seem to have been any releases since 2007 - is there a 5.x version?

I'll have to doulbe check Rodney but they should've been included with your install and automatically updated. You will probably have to go back into their settings (now under Admin->Extensions and click on the pencil) and re-apply them as the settings were moved from the ModuleSettings table to the PortalSettings table for DNN 5.

Thanks for the quick response Mike. I tried that (disabled and reenabled) but to no avail.

It doesnot appear on the log in screen at all.

Ok, this is wierd:

I uninstalled my LiveID extension on DNN 5.1.2.

Then I downloaded the latest from the download page (LiveID_01.00.00_Install.zip) (which looks to be an older version?!?!?)

But when I click on Install Extension I get this error message:

Error reading the zip package - see below

Failure This package type is not registered - Authentication System

Ok, I had to edit the zip to fix this:

So it installs, but still does not show up alas...

I am suprised - is no one using this on DNN 5?
