I am having problem with the auto login. Is it possible login automatically without going thru the logon screen. Whenever my  windows authenticated user enter into the DNN default page, the IE keeps prompting for the user id and password.

Can anyone reply to me pls? I have been searching for solution in google and could not find any solution. Here's my setup:

I setup the DNN 5 in my IIS Web server. The server itself is not a domain controller. The web server is able to authenticate the domain user via a domain controller on other web application like Bugs Ticket.

When I enter http://xxxx.xxx.com/DNN/desktopmodules/AuthenticationServices/ActiveDirectory/windowssignin.aspx or http://xxxx.xxx.com/DNN.  It always prompt for user id and password. I then click cancel, it says unauthorised to view the page./default.aspx

After that I try http://xxxx.xxx.com/DNN again, it's able to display the homepage without prompting for userid and password and it's not logon./Default.aspx

The website has to be in your Trusted or Intranet sites list on your computer. On your intranet this can be set using Group Policy.
