First time trying to migrate from working localhost/DNN 05.02.03 installation to remote ISP server and now getting the “This site is currently unavailable” page.

I have uploaded my DNN site and restored database to the ISP server. ISP tech support have checked my connection string

Originally didn’t realise I had to change the portal alias but have now changed it in the PortalAlias table on the ISP. Is this OK or do I need to change elsewhere as well?

Tried running /Install/install.aspx and got “ERROR: Could not connect to database specified in connectionString for SqlDataProvider”. Does this mean the connectionstring is wrong, the portal alias is wrong or something else?

Any ideas what I have got wrong?
